For stays longer than 3 months there is a $150.00 cleaning fee.
$500 security/damage deposit. There will be a walk through at the beginning of the stay and a walk through prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
At the time of signing a rental lease, Tenant is responsible for 100% of the rent total.
