Kaye O'Neal and her team!

Hello! I am Kaye O'Neal, the Broker-Owner of Kaye O'Neal Connection Real Estate / Shore to Shore Realty LLC. I grew up in Agar, South Dakota. I worked much of my professional career as a Financial Director of a large, non-profit organization in Kansas that provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. It was a rewarding career! A move closer to home in 2007 resulted in a new career. Real estate was in my future! In 2008, my husband and I established Lewis & Clark Cabin Care, Inc. Shortly after, in 2009, we formed Shore to Shore Realty LLC.

After joining the Meridian Association of REALTORS® based in Yankton, SD, I quickly became involved by serving as the 2011, 2013 & 2017 President. Currently, I represent the Local Board as a State Director for the South Dakota REALTORS®. In 2011, I became an Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent. In 2017, I was honored to receive the Meridian Association of REALTORS®/REALTOR® of the Year award!

I am dedicated to building relationships with real estate clients, by engaging in honest, loyal and ethical business practices when representing buyers & sellers with their residential, building lots & commercial property purchases.

Kaye is licensed in Nebraska & South Dakota and is a member of the Meridian Association of REALTORS® based in Yankton, SD.

It’s amazing how as a young kid traveling from my hometown of Hebron, Nebraska to my family's Devils Nest cabin in the '70s would determine much of my future! I played basketball & tennis for Yankton College and graduated with a degree in chemistry in 1984. After being away for 20 years, Kaye & I purchased our Lewis & Clark Lake home in Cedar Hills on the Nebraska side.

Working together, Kaye & I established Lewis & Clark Cabin Care, Inc. & Shore to Shore Realty LLC shortly after becoming full-time residents in 2007. Licensed in Nebraska & South Dakota, I am your Y.C. connection!
