Nebraska Legislative Update 4/15/25

We have been covering the Star Wars Project brought forth by the Nebraska Legislature from the beginning. The project has had many twists and turns. Where are we now? Will Nebraska spend millions on building a new marina and hospitality venue @ Weigand Marina located at Lewis and Clark Lake? Will Lake McConaughy in western Nebraska get updated as well? We should know something soon!

The preliminary budget by the Appropriations Committee is due on April 29th of 2025. And the Nebraska Legislature will have until May 15th of 2025 to change, amend and pass the final budget.
