1. Staging: In 2011, Kaye became an Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent. She stages your property to look it’s best! We have different things we can bring in to do this. However, many times it is just taking some of things that you already have in your home or office and setting the scene. Kaye is good at that!

2. Photography: After the staging process is complete, we use high definition wide angle photography to shoot your property. The wide angle lens gives you a wide field of view and gives all Buyers a better frame of reference when looking at your photos. There is more to taking a photo of a bedroom then just seeing the bed!

3. Matterport 3D Virtual Tours: We are the leaders in using and making 3D Virtual Tours of your property! We want to show off your property! In fact, Shore to Shore Realty is the ONLY real estate company in Yankton to use Matterport 3D technology.
