In this video Kaye asks the question “Has the South Dakota Housing Market Changed?” She gets this question a lot. So what are people really asking? Are they asking “Is it a good time to sell? Is it a good time to buy? Is my home’s value declining?” Kaye will answer these questions and much more while addressing the state of the housing market in South Dakota and specifically Yankton, SD and Lewis & Clark Lake (South Dakota & Nebraska sides).

Kaye will tell us the state of the housing market for the last 2 years in Yankton and the surrounding area. She compares the last 12 months average sale price of single family home to the previous 12 months. She addresses the market in the Yankton City Limits, the Lewis & Clark Lake area on the South Dakota side and the Lewis & Clark Lake area on the Nebraska side of the lake. All data in this video was gathered from the Meridian Association of Realtors® MLS system.
