Scott’s Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Recipe

This is a really good recipe if you are Gluten Free or like Sourdough Bread or both!

I want to give credit to the Ashley Marie Farm & Bakery site!  This is her base formula.  I have modified her ingredients and procedures and have made it my own.

I make the starter from scratch and use this recipe to make loaf bread and pizza crust.  It’s a filling bread and makes great toast and grilled cheese!
